Adel
Adel Abu Haliqa is the UAE Freediving National record holder. He competes regularly at international level and is an ADIA Instructor. Adel has been Freediving since 2007 and has a deep passion for the sport, hoping to revive the UAE’s connection with breathold diving.
Alex I have been fascinated with the underwater world all my life and although I had heard about Freediving I only tried it when I came to the UAE: now I’m hooked. It is one of the few sports where adrenaline is a no-no and you have to be in a complete state of mental and physical relaxation to perform. I am a certified AIDA Instructor. |
