AIDA Youth Programme teaches water skills to children from 6 to 15 years old.
The AIDA educational ladder supports your development as a freediver all the way from beginner to instructor level.
You can enter the AIDA education ladder either at the Level I or Level II depending on how comfortable you feel in the water. See below for detailed information on all of our courses.

AIDA Youth Programme teaches water skills to children from 6 to 15 years old.
The AIDA Level II Freediver Course is the foundation freediving course covering the necessary skills and knowledge for a non competitive recreational freediver to safely freedive with or without a guide line. The course is not aiming toward competitive freediving and does not include competition rules and regulations.
The AIDA Level II Freediver Course is the foundation freediving course covering the necessary skills and knowledge for a non competitive recreational freediver to safely freedive with or without a guide line. In this intermediate course, you learn how to train your body for freediving and how to hold your breath for more than two and a half minutes. Topics include pre-dive optimization, improvement of Frenzel equalization, and introduction to the dolphin kick.
In this introductory course, you learn the basics of freediving and discover your natural freediving ability.
