These terms and conditions govern your use of all Freediving UAE products and services. When purchasing any of our products or services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the website to purchase any said product.
Any user of our website eShop must be at least 18 years of age. By using our website and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Freediving UAE reserves the right to cancel or decline any order without giving further details.
Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Prices and Shipping Fees
All prices are clearly shown on our website in AED. Prices can be changed frequently. The valid prices for each order are based on the moment the order has been placed. Prices are shown as follow:
For orders being shipped to countries outside of the United Arab Emirates, no VAT and no sales tax will be included in the product prices you see on our website and you will not be charged any taxes by us. However your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped to. So the courier will charge you any taxes or customs directly. As taxes and customs may also depend on product category as well as declared amount, we are not able to provide you with any further details. We would recommend you to consult your local Customs office, which will happily assist you with further information.
Freediving UAE offers a great range of items, most of them are in stock but some (example: custom fins) have to be ordered on demand.
In case Freediving UAE has to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued, you will be informed directly. If Freediving UAE can offer any similar item you will directly receive the proposal which you can accept or if not, cancel the item/order for a refund of the paid product price.
Any product or service purchased directly from this website can either be picked from our training locations, or delivered to your location using third-party courier service. Additional charges may apply for the delivery service, depending on the distance.
In case of purchase for the amount of AED 500 and more, delivery will be free of charge.
Freediving UAE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Freediving UAE does not accept any liability for any delay or no further availability of ordered products.
Once all items have been added to the basket and you already selected the shipment terms, all available payment methods for your destination country will be shown.
We accept payments online using PayPal; you can pay with your visa and mastercard credit / debit cards in AED, if you don’t have a PayPal account. We also accept Cash on Delivery method.
Freediving UAE gives you the right to return your purchased item/s without having to give a reason, with the exception of a few items clearly identified in our product description details as non-returnable, at any time within 30 days beginning on the day after you received the goods. You can return any item within 30 days, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging). Please keep in mind, that any customized items (as for example: Suits, Fins and etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Carefully pack your return for shipment back to us and include a copy of your invoice. Please help us by making a brief note of the reason for your return on the invoice. We recommend that you select a carrier that offers package tracking, insure your package for safe return, and declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
We believe that repeated or excessive returns by a specific customer indicates, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet the ongoing expectations of that customer. In such circumstances we may reject future orders by that customer or only accept specific orders by that customer on the condition of no returns or no free returns.
With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items.
Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded. If the order is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused, the refund amount will be reduced by both the outbound and inbound actual shipping costs from the order.
If we collected sales tax at the time of the purchase, we will refund the tax as appropriate. However, if taxes and duties were paid to a third party such as a local government, courier service, postal service, or customs house you must contact whomever you paid to request any potential refund of taxes and duties. We are not responsible for refunding any monies paid that we did not ourselves collect at time of purchase.
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. Please note that packages automatically returned as undeliverable or refused are typically handled by the carrier at a very low shipping priority, especially internationally, and our receipt of the package and thus your refund can be significantly delayed.
Order Cancellation Policy
We cannot always honor order cancellation requests. We are trying to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible, so each order is dispatched from our inventory immediately after it comes in so we can ship it as quickly as possible. Please see our return policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. All our offered items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The guarantee service will be carried out by regional authorized distributors and will differ depending on the brand.

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer´s Websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn´t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the Websites which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
