Full refund if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled event.
50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours prior to interaction time.
100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
Rescheduling must be made with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to schedule time.
A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if request is within 24 hours of booked interaction.
Rescheduling request is subject to availability.
No Shows are charged full price of booked interaction.
