“Freediving is a lifestyle. Divers improve by training consistently, and it is between certification courses when a person internalizes progress and develops as a freediver”.

We have fixed a day that you can put in your calendar and dedicate it to a regular training;
You will have a set of exercises for each training. There will be different exercises suitable for all levels. There are at least 3 levels, so you will be able to challenge yourself every time;
Cozy, quiet facilities to host training activities and cover all freediving needs;

Main rule of freediving is “never freedive alone”, so you will always have a buddy;
Lifeguard is NOT a buddy! Remember that you need a dedicated and qualified buddy to do in;

We invite all certified freedivers to join us at Depth Weekends training. You can not only spend the weekend in the company of like-minded people and friends, but also get new impressions and improve your practical skills in deep freediving.

We always choose the best places to dive and guarantee the excellent organization of the whole event. We already have many completely satisfied clients who travel with us again and again and have already managed to become our good friends. After all, this is a great way to combine healthy workouts with a very pleasant pastime.

Diving to a depth of more than 50 meters take place every Saturday and Sunday at East Coast. There will be a buoy, line, weight and drinking water available on the boat. Register now and you will get an unforgettable experience!

Check list to do:

Book your spot on the trip. Cut of time 10 PM a day before. We need time to allocate spaces on boats, so no booking - no trip. One person per booking. Guests must create an account and book as well.
Make sure all compulsory documents are filled and uploaded in Account Details. We need to have all ID Numbers beforehand to save time with coast guard.
Bring Original of Emirates ID or Passport;
Bring reusable Water bottles. We try to limit single use plastics, so we encourage people to use reusable plastic bottles. A few of them are available at the dive center. You can refill them at Dive center and on the boats;
Freediving equipment, if any. Otherwise, rented equipment is available.
Swimming Gear, towel, sun screen or rushguard to protect from sunburn.

7:00 AM - Leaving Dubai

In order to be in the dive center on time you have to leave Dubai at 7 AM. We usualy share cars to make trip more fun and enviomentaly friendly. Alternatively, you can book room in the same hotel or you can check other hotels nearby.

9:00 AM - Meeting at the dive center

The dive center is located at the Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort. There are showers, changing rooms and place to safely leave your belongings. We only take equipment we are going to use to the boat.
