Each session features a standard training programs of 3 difficulty level tailored to your abilities and desired discipline, all under the guidance of a certified coach who is a UAE National Pool Record-holder and Champion in AIDA and CMAS. Whether you're refining your technique, improving your breath-hold, this structured program is perfect for your freediving journey.
