10 AM - 4 PM - Mouthfill and equalization workshop
- Theory and dry exercises (6 hours)
5 PM - 9 PM - Hands free workshop
- Theory and dry exercises (2,5 hours)
- Theoretical part explaining the general mechanisms and anatomy of the organs involved in Hands-free equalization
- Practical part that includes the explanation, demonstration and practice of 9 dry exercises to learn how to gain awareness of the muscles involved to open the Eustachian tubes.
- Analysis of the general equalization problems and most common mistakes
- Videos demonstration of how to equalize hands-free in the sea
- Pool session (1,5 hours )

If you cancel the event:
- 18 days or more prior to Date of the event: 100% prepayments will be refunded.
- Between 18 days and Date of the event: 100% of the prepayments will be forfeited.
