  • Dry excises of for awareness and control of the anatomical parts involved in the equalization (glottis, soft palate, tongue, and throat)
  • Dry exercises for awareness and control I of the 4 different locks
  • Explanation of the 4 eq techniques:
    • Valsalva, Frenzel, Mouthfill and Advanced Mouthfill
      
  • Explanation of the most common eq problems Individual analysis of each participant’s equalization problems.

5 PM - 9 PM - Hands free workshop 

• Theory and dry exercises (2,5 hours)
• Pool session  (1,5 hours )
